Before printing, we still confirm the model, quantity, process, colours, safe margins and final production artwork.

Can I place an immediate order in the configurator?+
The configurator creates a concept and enquiry. The final quote depends on product, quantity, print method and deadline.
Which artwork format should I upload?+
A normal image works for a concept, while high-quality vector or sufficiently large raster files are best for production.
Will the printed cup look exactly like the 3D preview?+
The preview is useful for placement, but colour, margins and distortion are checked again on the production template.
Are customer artwork files publicly indexed?+
No. Configurator uploads are private working files and are not intended for public search results.
